Unemployment
The Time Is Now: Ronald Reagan
Ronald Reagan talks about our problems today, in 1980, thirty years ago. High taxes, high unemployment, lack of domestic oil, and international chaos are not unique to the Obama regime. Reagan addresses them all in his acceptance speech for candidate for president of the US at the RNC in 1980.
The only edits I made was to remove applause. The words are as he spoke them at the RNC in July of 1980.
For those of you at odds with the direction Obama is taking our country, watch and listen. Reagan was right then and is right now.

New Unemployment Numbers Released
The good news: Weekly jobless claims drop more than expected.
The bad news: The number of weekly jobless claims still stinks, even though our Liar-in-Chief has changed the way we count them to make him look better!
The worse news: More layoffs to come due to ObamaCare. Mark my words: Double dip recession unless ObamaCare is neutered (and maybe even if it is as long as Obama's able to exert his will.)

Tom DeLay- Unemployment Benefits Keep People From Looking For Jobs
Candy Crowley is the liar, Tom DeLay is the fool!
There is an argument to be made that these extensions, the unemployment benefits keeps people from going and finding jobs. In fact there are some studies that have been done that show people stay on unemployment compensation and they dont look for a job until two or three weeks before they know the benefits are going to run out, DeLay told CNN's Candy Crowley Sunday.
People are unemployed because they want to be? asked Crowley.
Harry Reid is happy with 36000 job losses
Wow! Praise the Lord! The unemployment number stinks, but it stinks less than the eggheads predicted. Lets throw a party!
It's like being sprayed by one skunk when you were expecting two. Only in ObamaLand is this good news. Unemployment is still 9.7%.
