Barack Obama takes credit for the PayGo bill then watches as Jim Bunning tries to hold the Senate to it.

Bunning points out that the bill could pass if Reid wanted. It is Reid that is holding the unemployed hostage. Meanwhile the chicken Republican leadership as usual doesn't lead and leaves Jim Bunning to go it alone while pressuring him to cave. Vote in the Primary Elections and make every incumbent a lame duck. Don't take this crap anymore!
